Found: 3 Months 6 Days 1 Hour 10 Minutes ago Arizona Range News - Dry Lake Chapter DAR members Vonnie Hedges and Kathleen Poquette attended 117th Continental Congress, the annual national meeting of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Washington DC from July 6-13. While there, the two sang with the All-American Chorus, a choir of 150 members, in Constitution Hall. Selections included patriotic music and Broadway Show tunes. Twenty-five Arizona members attended the Congress, and Arizona has four representatives on the National Board of Management. Peggy Hurd of Casa Grande is Treasurer General, Martha Jones of Phoenix is one of 21 Vice-Presidents General, Carol Rillings of Sierra Vista is Honorary Vice-President for Life, and Jo Andress of Lake Havasu is the Arizona State Regent. Dry Lake Chapter meets monthly, generally on the second Saturday of the month.
