Several arrests were reported by Izard County authorities related to drug and alcohol charges.Sallie Diann Branscum-Luevano, 56, of Beaumont, Calif., was arrested Aug. 11 by Deputy Gabe Sanders on the charge of possessing a controlled substance. Branscum-Luevano later posted a $1,230 bond in and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.read more...
