However, they also say that a chunk of money for redevelopment projects might have to be sent up to Sacramento due to stipulations within the budget. Nonetheless, City Manager D-B Heusser said the city is glad the state budget won't be taking money -- which could have been up to $700,000 -- from the city's general fund....
