Record Searchlight - The Record Searchlight reported in its piece entitled "Park picked for police site" that $750,000 would be taken annually from the street maintenance budget to help finance a new police station. Isn't it ironic that a controversial project is set to be paid for in part by stealing from the one budget that nearly everyone can agree on ? road building and maintenance.
