Huskey 38 is accused of raping a minor and posting videos on the Internet He was denied bond in a June 23 hearing in Atlanta In a July 23 arraignment in federal court in Rome he pleaded not guilty While the agents later acquired search warrants the original search of the home on June 16 turned up much of the evidence in the case as well as a number of incriminating statements from Huskey According to federal prosecutors he posted videos on an encrypted Web site of himself with a girl as young as 5 The faces in the videos and photos were unrecognizable because of masks or computer distortion Authorities searched Huskeyrsquo;s home and found a bedroom that matched the background in some of the online pictures and a locked closet containing photographs in which the faces were not distorted A federal agent testifying at the June 23 bond hearing stated that the man pushed the girl around and treated her very roughly and that the videos grew increasingly violent mdash;
