WKU to hold vigil for India terror victims Found: 1 Day 18 Hours 8 Minutes ago Bowling Green Daily News - Western Kentucky University will host a vigil Friday for those affected by the recent violence in Mumbai, India.
The vigil will be at 5 p.m. at the Guthrie Tower on WKU’s main campus.
In case of inclement weather, the vigil will be moved inside to Mass Media and Technology Hall auditorium. The vigil will include a wreath laying and moment of silence in remembrance of those whose lives were lost.
A remembrance wall will be available inside MMTH for attendees to write comments and share thoughts.

Jail lobby cleared after suspicious package found Found: 2 Days 1 Hour 48 Minutes ago Lexington Hearld-Leader - Authorities evacuated the McCracken County Jail lobby after a man left suspicious packages.
WPSD reports the packages were wrapped in Christmas paper, sealed with purple duct tape and addressed to two judges.
Jailer Adams says a man who has a criminal history dropped off the packages Tuesday and rushed out of the door. It turned out the packages were not a danger but the judges were concerned about the safety of inmates.
The Paducah Bomb Squad took X-rays of the packages and used a used a water cannon to blow them apart after it was unable able to determine what was inside.
Police are looking for the man who deliver the packages....
