Flooding caused by broken pipe Found: 11 Hours 44 Minutes ago Andover Townsman - Three weeks of mysterious flooding has finally stopped on Snowberry Road, and the cause appears to be a broken water pipe after all.Department of Public Works Director Jack Petkus last week blamed the neighborhood's high water table and the summer's rainy weather for the rare and severe August flooding. Petkus insisted it was not a broken water pipe because the town had tested for that possibility....

Bach, 65, says she expects to be in charge when they graduate.Last Oct. 8, Bach signed a one-year extension to a three-year contract that was set to expire on June 30, 2008. This guaranteed she would stay in Andover through the 2008-09 school year that begins this week. It appears she will return for the 2009-10 school year as well....
