Foul play not suspected in charred man's death Found: 2 Weeks 4 Days 2 Hours 27 Minutes ago Hometown Life - The severely burned body found last Friday in a Dumpster in Westland's Norwayne subdivision has been identified as 49-year-old Jeffrey Oscar Duncan, a homeless man who knew some residents in the south-end neighborhood where he died, police said.Although the investigation is continuing, police Lt. Haile said the body was so severely burned that he couldn't even tell if it was a man, a woman or a child.Haile, 53, had dumped two buckets of water in the Dumpster before he even realized that it was a body burning."It's not something I ever thought I'd find,"Haile said last Friday, standing outside the apartment complex....
