Corzine announced $78.75 million worth of transportation grants to 372 New Jersey municipalities Friday.The state projects a $1.2 billion shortfall in this year's state budget. Corzine said among the last things he'll cut are items that create jobs."We don't want to take things out of the budget that are job-creators and ultimately revenue-generators,"Corzine said.Projects are ready for construction, Corzine said, adding there are 300 more ready to go if the federal government provides states with funding....
