Three-car crash at Route 36 and Wyckoff Road in Eatontown Found: 1 Month 3 Weeks 15 Hours 20 Minutes ago Asbury Park Press - EATONTOWN -- A driver who ran a red light at the intersection of Route 36 and Wyckoff Road this afternoon started a chain reaction, causing two other vehicles to smash into each other, police said.Patrick McCaffrey, 46, of West Long Branch drove a 2001 Volo station wagon through the intersection at approximately 3:30 p.m. crashing into the left side of a 2006 Dodge van driven by Anthony Depaoli, 57, of Fair Haven, who had started to make a left hand turn onto Route 36 west, according to Eatontown Police Dectective Sgt. Mark McGowan.The impact of the crash forced Depaoli's van into a 2004 two-door Honda driven by Kristen Strong-Thonack, 24, of Eatontown, who was in the center lane at the Route 36-Wyckoff Road intersection attempting to cross over Route 36 to the other side of Wyckoff Road.Two unidentified passengers in Depaoli's car suffered minor injuries, police said. They were taken by Eatontown First Aid to Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch where they were treated and released. Depaoli did not sustain any injuries.Neither McCaffrey nor Strong-Thonack, who were both driving alone in their respective cars, sustained any injuries, police said.No summons have been issued yet, Detective Sgt. McGowan said.The accident is being investigated by Eatontown Police Patrolman Reyes Quinones....
