Pennsylvania Examiner News - An online threat against a Virginia woman touched off an international investigation that led to a northwestern Pennsylvania man, police said. A chat room participant in Amsterdam contacted Interpol after seeing a picture of a man dressed in camouflage and carrying a shotgun with a caption saying he planned to kill the woman within three hours, Pennsylvania State Police Cpl.
