Route 15 area to be reduced to single lane starting today

Williamsport Sun Gazette - As part of the Route 15 northbound project between Hepburnville and Trout Run, the contractor will close a single lane today in the southbound direction at the structures over Hoagland Run and Route 973 near Perryville, according to the state Department of Transportation.A subcontractor will install an epoxy overlay on the bridges over the next two weeks, PennDOT said....
