Couple arrested after man stabbed, woman beaten Found: 6 Hours 18 Minutes ago The Sun News - Criminal Domestic violence | On January 2 in Galivants Ferry, an officer responded to a domestic call and found a female victim, 30, standing in the carport crying with her shirt about half off She had a busted lip and bruises on her face and arms. She said her live-in boyfriend beat her and she got a knife to get him off. He was standing at the back end of the carport with a busted lip, marks on his shoulder and had been stabbed in the side of his chest. He said she had been beating him for the last two hours, that she blocked him in the bathroom with the kitchen knife and cut him. The officer checked the residence and saw blood all the way from the bathroom to the back door at the carport and in the carport. She had washed the knife and put it back in its holder. The officer could not determine which was the aggressor and both went to jail. The male subject was taken to an emergency room, required no stitches and was then taken to jail.p/Wanted person | On January 6 in the Aynor area, an officer responded to a vicious animal call and talked with the subject, the dog’s owner, who said he would talk with environmental services on the dayshift. After interviewing the subject, the officer ran his name on the national crime information computer, learned that he was wanted in Surfside and took him to jail.p/Stolen vehicle | On January 6 in the Conway area, a female victim said she had allowed her daughter and her daughter’s boyfriend to live with her and planned to ask them to move after Christmas. On December 26, she asked them to move and went to her room. She heard her car start and her daughter’s boyfriend drove away with her daughter sitting beside him.
