WTVC 9 News - A man escapes from police custody and authorities say he could be armed and dangerous.  The Rhea County Sheriff's Office says the man ran off handcuffed Wednesday night just before he was booked into the jail.  Sheriff Mike Neal says "Yeah, it's unusual for somebody to get away that easily."  An easy escape from the Rhea County Sheriff's Office for forty year old Troy Rice.  On Wednesday, Dayton Police brought him in for questioning on a recent burglary.  They say he admitted to that crime, theft over one thousand dollars, and another burglary in Hamilton County.  But before he was booked, he booked it. ...
