A three-judge panel of the Court of Appeals of Virginia overturned a Richmond Circuit Court decision that barred the environmental group from pursuing the challenge. Richmond Times-Dispatch - A man was killed in a crash yesterday after leading police on a chase that spanned four counties and reached speeds of up to 125 mph, Virginia State Police said. An officer in Tappahannock first spotted a car about 9:30 a.m. zooming west on U.S. 360 about 90 mph in a 45-mph zone, said state police Sgt. E.W. Braxton.
