Virginia Examiner News - A federal grand jury in Alexandria has indicted a U.S. Treasury Department lawyer for allegedly buying large quantities of methamphetamine with the apparent intent to sell the drug. Prosecutors say 46-year-old Joseph McRae of Annandale was arrested in May after he bought two ounces of methamphetamine for $4,200. They say McRae arranged with an undercover investigator to buy another ounce the next day and two more ounces every week after that.
