Roanoke Times - A Radford man was injured Wednesday when what police called an apparent medical emergency caused him to crash into an embankment on U.S. 460 in Blacksburg.Joseph William Argabrite, 60, of Radford was seen by witnesses driving erratically in a westbound lane of U.S. 460 near Prices Fork and Glade roads about 11 a.m. His car veered suddenly to the right, ran up an embankment, struck a tree and rolled over several times before coming to rest upright on the roadside, Blacksburg Police Sgt.
