Richmond Times-Dispatch - An early-morning fire caused about $50,000 in damages to a home in eastern Hanover County today. Hanover firefighters responded to a call at 4:19 a.m. at 9071 Pine Hill Road and found heavy fire in the home's attic. They put out the fire in about 20 minutes. No one was injured. The home was occupied by a woman who got out safely, according to Battalion Chief William Jones. The woman is staying with a neighbor and does not need assistance from the American Red Cross....
