Dominion still working on power outage Found: 17 Hours 50 Minutes ago Richmond Times-Dispatch - Dominion Virginia Power says it's taking longer than expected to restore power to about 39 Henrico County customers who lost electricity when a vehicle crashed into two power poles early this morning, killing the driver. The utility says power should be restored by about 8 p.m. The identity of the driver has not been released. Police say a speeding driver crashed into the poles on Pouncey Tract Road near Shady Grove Road and the vehicle caught fire....
