Richmond Times-Dispatch - One person is dead, another is Hurt and a third is in custody following a shooting today in Highland Springs. Henrico County police Lt. Steve Sparagna said the shooting was reported shortly before 2 a.m. at an apartment in the 900 block of Hurtsborne Court, just west of Highland Springs Elementary School. "One of the individuals who was wounded actually knocked on a neighbor's door and asked for help and we were called," Sparagna said....
