I'm trying putting together abit of history of my late wifes life for my grandchildren. She grew up in Iaeger with 6 brothers and sisters. She was the 4th of the 7. Her family left and moved to Salem Va. in 57 or 58. I've been to Iaeger with her family 10 or 12 times, visits, funerals and such. My Father in law lost a leg in a train accident and couldn't go back in the mines. He was Ozy Collins. All of her brothers are past and we haven't been able to find her youngest sister, Shirlly. She, my wife, was was Betty-Jo Collins. I've tried to get some impute from Mr Fanning, as he went to school with one of Her older brothers or
older sister, but no response. Any one have any relatives that can
give me some recollections would be helpful. The skateing rink, school, stuff like that, Things that show what life was like back then.
